Job Summary:

AAA, America’s most recommended roadside service provider, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team for the night shift. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 – $25 with a generous benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, paid training, paid vacation, and a retirement plan.

Job Description:

As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for responding to roadside assistance calls during the night shift. Your duties will include diagnosing vehicle issues, making minor repairs when possible, and towing vehicles to the appropriate facilities when necessary. Your goal will be to provide superior service to our members while maintaining safety as the forefront of your work.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to all assigned service calls in a timely manner

– Assess the situation and the safety of the vehicle owner

– Perform emergency roadside repairs

– Safely tow vehicles to the nearest repair facility

– Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer information, and payments

– Uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service

Requirements:

– High School diploma or equivalent

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

– Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in all weather conditions

– Exceptional customer service skills

– Ability to work the night shift
