Job Summary
Dominos Pizza is seeking a part-time pizza courier driver for its Alabama location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and is often able to work in the evenings and on weekends.
Job Description
As a Dominos Pizza Courier Driver, you will have the primary responsibility of delivering orders to customers in a timely manner. You will interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience every time. Your role will also include preparing pizzas when necessary and keeping the store clean and stocked.
Responsibilities
1. Delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers.
2. Driving safely and efficiently to ensure orders arrive on time.
3. Assisting in pizza preparation and store maintenance as needed.
4. Providing excellent customer service by handling queries and complaints professionally.
5. Navigating a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to Dominos safety and driver guidelines.
Requirements
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid drivers license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
3. Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
4. Ability to navigate maps and follow driving directions.
5. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Educational Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Previous delivery driving experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
