Job Description:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who are committed to providing top-notch customer service. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have the best possible shopping experience with us.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.

2. Provide information about our products and services.

3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.

4. Maintain customer records by updating account information.

5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in a customer support role.

3. Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Further qualifications in business administration or related fields will be considered an advantage.

Experience:

While we do provide full training for this role, prior experience in a customer service position would be beneficial.
