Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining the high level of service that our customers expect from us.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
Educational Qualifications

Experience
