Responsibilities

– Demonstrate the use of emergency and safety equipment with ease and confidence.

– Manage passenger interactions effectively, handling special requests and resolving in-flight concerns.

– Collaborate effectively with cockpit crew and ground staff to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High School Diploma required, higher educational qualifications preferred.

– Ability to reach overhead bins, loaded weight of up to 35 lbs.

– Willingness to work on flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.

– Ability to obtain a passport and any visas required for travel.

– Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications

– A high school diploma is necessary.

– Degrees or certifications in hospitality, communication, or tourism are a plus.

Experience

– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline industries is preferred but not mandatory.

– Training will be provided to all new hires.
