Job Description
As a SameDay Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for picking up orders from our store and delivering them directly to our customers’ doors. This role requires careful handling of merchandise, a commitment to punctuality, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
– Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
– Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
– Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
– Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Requirements
– Must have a valid driver’s license.
– Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
– Ability to navigate efficiently.
– Able to work well under little to heavy supervision.
Educational Qualifications
No specific educational qualifications are required for this role. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
Although no specific experience is required, a background in delivery driving or customer service would be beneficial.
