Description:

Amazon, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Overland Park. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Educational Qualifications:
