Summary:
Fitness First, a leading and trusted name in the fitness industry, is currently seeking a part-time Fitness Trainer for our Broken Arrow location. This is a part-time role, with a maximum of 4 hours per day. The pay scale is highly competitive, with additional potential for performance-based incentives. Description:
As a Fitness Trainer at Fitness First, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic team, providing high-quality fitness training services to our valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping them achieve their fitness goals by creating and implementing effective training programs tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level.
– Develop unique and individualized exercise programs that ensure client safety, satisfaction, and enhancement of personal fitness goals.
– Ensure the fitness program meets the needs of the client and may include elements such as physical fitness, nutrition, cardiovascular training, and weight training.
– Offer alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill.
– Monitor client progress and adapt programs as needed.
– Provide physical and motivational support to clients during workouts.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Certification from a recognized and accredited fitness organization.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of the client.
– Basic understanding of nutrition and health practices.
– CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Experience:
– At least 1-year experience working in the fitness industry.
– Experience working with a diverse client base with a wide range of fitness levels.
