Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

– Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office

– Ability to handle high call volumes

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

– Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

– Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or GED required

Experience
