Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers. You will assist customers with inquiries related to booking, cancellations, and any issues that may arise during their travel experience. Your primary goal will be to provide exemplary service and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to Delta’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide information regarding Delta’s services, policies, and travel procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
