You will work closely with various departments to input and maintain data in our systems efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong typing skills; ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data in various systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.
- Generate reports as needed from the data entry software.
