Description • REPUTABLE FORTUNE 500 BIG PHARMA COMPANY SEEKING REMOTE HEALTHCARE CASE MANAGERS ... PAID TRAINING & EQUIPMENT PROVIDED! Position: Verification Case Manager (Healthcare Claims) Pay: $19/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F (8hr shift scheduled between these hours by client) Start Date: ETA 10/7* (Start date can change based on client’s needs) Benefits: WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, BENEFITS & ABILITY TO WORK FROM HOME Job Details • Inbound/outbound calls • Review pharmacy claims – Billing, Denials, Status, & Reimbursements • Request Prior Authorizations – Coordinate Benefits • Advocate for patients and their prescriptions. • Use computer skills for data entry. • Gather and review patient billing and medical information. • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements • MUST HAVE AT LEAST A YEAR OF MEDICAL CLAIMS, BILLING AND/OR CODING within the last two years. *NO EXCEPTIONS* • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. • Must have active internet at home. • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. • Great work attitude and willingness to help others. • HS Diploma/Equivalent. • Must live within with 50 miles of Irving, Texas. • MUST BE ABLE TO PICK-UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX!
