Salary: • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits Responsibilities: • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions. • Performing assessments and interventions as needed for patients. Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy. • Provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems. • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning. Qualifications: • Must have 3 years of unsupervised, post licensure experience. • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program. • Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state. • Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Ability to treat all ages preferred Benefits: • Annual Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Submit your CV now and let’s create something amazing together Apply Job!
