As we expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated Data Entry Specialists to join us remotely... Principal Responsibilities Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system using provided images. Identify document types based on accompanying documentation. Review and verify entered data meets quality standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate professionally with team members as needed. Propose suggestions for process improvements. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timelines. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Hourly Pay and Schedule $12 per hour. Full-time preferred, with part-time opportunities available. Minimum of 20 hours per week required. Shifts available Monday to Friday between 8:00am-9:00pm CST. Required Skills What Were Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. High attention to detail. Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Typing Speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy (WPM Typing Test) OR 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy (KPH Typing Test).
