Healthcare Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities Accurately input data into our system from provided images. Identify document types based on the provided documentation. Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards. Ensure confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate professionally with team members as needed. Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes. Complete all tasks for the day. Perform other basic office duties as assigned. Schedule & Pay Hourly Rate: $12 Shifts: Part-time and full-time positions available. Full-time preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required. Shift Hours: Vary between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday. What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. High attention to detail and focus. Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions. Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality. Proficiency in English.
