Job Type Remote, Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (with flexibility) Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Provide product and service information to customers. • Assist with order placement, refunds, or exchanges. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
