Retail Merchandiser Part-time/Flexible Schedule/Independent Current States Openings: CA, AK, CO, IL, KS, KY, MS, OH, OR, TX, VA, WV... This position is flexible project-based contract work completed within the specified timeline. Assignment opportunities can range from one day, multi-week, and ongoing retail initiatives. We are seeking talented self-starters who have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working independently within our low stress culture. Part-time, independent contractors support the work we execute on behalf of retailers and consumer brands across North America. Responsibilities Implement a variety of retail merchandising activities at the store level. Retail accounts to visit will include convenience stores, grocery, drug, mass, and clubs. Follow a product area planogram to effectively complete product resets. Record and transmit store information and photos of completed work. Use the user friendly Papercup Retail Services App on your smart phone. Follow company direction in the execution of assigned projects. Qualifications and Desired Attributes Prior retail experience including a working knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology (preferred, but not required). We provide training. Demonstrated commitment to quality, detail oriented, and strong customer service. Must have a smart phone with the ability to take photos and upload to a data portal. Access to the internet daily as needed. Ability to work effectively in web-based applications, email, and word processing programs. Able to lift as much as 20 pounds. Valid drivers license and ability to drive a car to multiple retail locations. Able to stand, bend and/or walk for lengthy periods of time. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma/GED.
