Prepare light inspection reports and assist with Open Houses as needed. Perform other ad hoc real estate tasks as assigned. Requirements Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we provide support). Access to the MLS and familiarity with electronic lockbox systems. Experience showing homes in the Folsom area is preferred. Benefits Competitive pay averaging $34 per home shown, with potential for tips.
