Job Description ... About the role: We are looking for a self-motivated attorney with at least five years of experience in California employment litigation to join our firm. This role is only a good fit for an attorney who is passionate about helping workers, who wants to be a great lawyer, and who is determined to achieve great results for their clients. This role is intended to be long-term and we are hopeful that whomever is hired will want to remain at the firm for the future and pursue a partnership position. Logistics: The position is fully remote and hours are flexible. This is not a sweatshop and we are not a litigation mill. Each attorney is expected to handle from 10-20 cases, depending on how complex they are and how much the attorney wants to work. That generally translates to about 35-40 hours per week; attorneys are generally not expected to work evenings or weekends and there is no minimum billable hours requirement. Compensation: Pay is generally tied to case outcomes. We also offer 401(k) with employer-matching as well was Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. About the firm: The firm is Franklin Law P.C.
