Vacation Rental Management | Airbnb | VRBO | HomeAway - Contract to Hire
We are a professional property management company in Atlanta GA, we own and manage vacation/short term rentals on the AirBnB and Homeaway (VRBO) platforms. We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to manage these platforms from responding to inquiries, completing bookings, managing calendars, communicating with guests, scheduling vendors, etc... This is a full time position and requires work over the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 11am to 5pm, in addition to weekdays. Time off during the week is flexible and can be arranged for one or two full off days during the week, or scattered off hours overall. Must have specific extensive experience on both AirBnB and HomeAway (VRBO) platforms, and also google calendars and google spreadsheets. Experience with AppFolio is a bonus.
