Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time role with school districts in the Waynesville, Montana area. Responsibilities... • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. • Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. • Provide direct instruction and support to students in various settings (inclusion, resource room, self-contained). • Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and parents to support student learning and behavior management. • Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings to determine eligibility and services. • Maintain accurate and compliant special education documentation and progress reports. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred). • Valid Montana teaching license with Special Education endorsement. • Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations. • Experience working with students with a range of disabilities and behavioral needs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
