This full-time, high-volume sales position is an excellent opportunity to develop into a successful Mortgage Banker through our Customer Success Coordinator program. Job Duties Report directly to the Senior Vice President and work either hybrid or remote, depending on your location. Participate in a comprehensive three-to-four-month training program, consisting of computer-based and instructor-led sessions. Learn and apply proven sales techniques with hands-on coaching from experienced Mortgage Bankers. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referrals. Make outbound calls to potential customers, serving as their first point of contact. Master loan origination software and become proficient in using CRM and lead management systems. Collaborate with like-minded peers in a competitive, lively call center environment. Positively represent our organization and network to create additional loan opportunities. Engage with prospective customers via text, email, and phone. Requirements High school degree or GED required, 2-4 year college degree preferred. Previous experience (1+ years) in sales, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries is a plus but not required. Friendly and outgoing personality with a natural aptitude for sales. Passion for sales and a proven track record of success. Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships.
