Provider Data Service Specialist - Fully Remote

As a Data Maintenance Specialist, you will provide operational support and perform data maintenance and clean-up for a range of data transactions, from basic to complex. Your role will also involve handling data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations, ensuring quality provider data for our members. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information, including sensitive and complex transactions, in support of claims adjudication and provider directories. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements. • Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the team. • Validate system enhancements. • Conduct root cause analyses on issues such as problem providers identified by PST or trends from routine PDS audits, and recommend process improvements. • Manage audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution as necessary. Required Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience maintaining information within multiple databases. • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments. • Ability to work in a production environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced skills in Excel. • Success in prioritizing work and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative skills to meet and exceed expectations. • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with EPDB. Education: • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Compensation: • Typical pay range: $20.00 - $48.00 per hour. • Actual base salary will depend on various factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. • Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to the base pay.
