Data Entry Associate (Part-Time) - National Office (Typist) - Remote

As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a crucial role in accurately entering donor gifts and maintaining our donor database. This remote position is ideal for someone comfortable working in the West Coast or Central time zones. Key Responsibilities... Donor Processing: Accurately and promptly enter donations into the donor database, ensuring adherence to donor intent. Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the Development team to generate lists and reports from the donor database as needed. Additional Duties: Be ready to assist with various tasks as assigned. What You Bring Education: High School diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience: At least one year of data entry experience is required; familiarity with multi-site development and fundraising tasks is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with donor database software is highly desirable. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work well with others.
