Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Part-time

Job brief We are looking for a Customer Support Specialists to assist our existing and new customers with answering questions about the pool services we offer. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool service by providing customer support during all incoming calls and post pool service questions Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Inform customers about new offers or services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
• Oversee the route optimization for technicians.

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with pool industry is a plus
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

This position is a part-time position (20 to 25 hours a week). This position is 100 percent remote. This is a remote position.
