What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
• Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals
• Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log complaints and resolutions
• Provide feedback to improve training materials and processes
• Adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Strong initiative and ability to follow through on owner issues
• Excellent concentration and attention to detail in daily activities
• Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Familiarity with web-based systems and MS Office Suite
