What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist students with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
- Provide information on academic procedures and processes
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
- Utilize telephony software to track and monitor interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Experience using CRM systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
- Familiarity with NextGen and/or Avaya systems
