Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide mental health couseling and support to individuals in need. Your role will involve utilizing various therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients manage their mental health conditions and improve their overall well-being. Duties: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Administer psychopharmacology treatments as needed - Maintain accurate patient records and data collection in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Offer support and guidance to individuals with autism and PTSD - Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral theraphy, psychopharmacology, and crisis intervention. - Offer couseling and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families. - Collaborate with other healthcare... professionals to ensure coodinated patient care. - Collect and analyze date to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. - Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate resources and services - Provide education and guidance to clients on coping strategies, stress management, and self-care techniques. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Social Work or related field - Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of mental health systems - Experience working with individuals with autism and PTSD - Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: - Data collection expertise - Knowledge of psychopharmacology - Familiarity with mental health counseling techniques - Experience providing care for individuals with autism and PTSD Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of patients in need.
