Destination & Excursion Planner

Ships & Trips, a leading travel company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Destination & Excursion Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and organizing destination experiences and excursions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to create unique and memorable itineraries that meet their desired travel experiences. As a... Destination & Excursion Planner, you will have an in-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, as well as the ability to discover and recommend hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path experiences. You will stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and have a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. You do not need to be an expert just yet as we will train the right person. Responsibilities • Researching popular travel destinations and identifying unique experiences and excursions. • Creating customized itineraries for clients based on their preferences and budget. • Managing logistics including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings. • Providing detailed information and guidance to clients regarding their travel plans. • Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns during travel. • Proven experience as a Destination & Excursion Planner or similar role is a plus, but not required • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Attention to detail and an eye for creating unique experiences. • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and software is a plus, but not required • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen circumstances. • Unlimited commission • Continuous training is provided • Personal discounts on your own vacations • Flexible remote schedules Apply Job!
