Vaughan Automotive is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented candidates with great phone skills to work in our Service Business Development Department. Base salary is $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses! You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm. JOB Responsibilities:
- Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies
- Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers with appointment scheduling
- Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience.
- Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient on phones and computer
- Professional and polite demeanor
- Friendly and outgoing
- Can provide a world class experience to our customers
- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience
- Organized, detailed, can multitask
- Strong team player
- Bilingual is a strong plus
