Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement eye-catching YouTube... thumbnails that reflect the thematic content of each video and attract clicks. • Work collaboratively with video editors and content creators to ensure a cohesive visual style that aligns with client branding. • Manage a high volume of thumbnail creation for a diverse clientele, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Compensation: • Competitive pay structure: $3 per short-form thumbnail and $10 per long-form YouTube thumbnail.
