Fast-paced High Energy $14 per hour Must be a Michigan Resident Paid Training Performance Incentives Flexible Shifts Fun Atmosphere The ideal candidate will join an energetic and professional inbound Oscoda or Bellaire Michigan call center team in an effort to clearly communicate accurate information to callers in an empathetic manner. Crusecom is currently seeking approximately 25 Work From Home and 25 Onsite CSRs to join our growing team. All calls are inbound calls that support multiple states EBT/WIC programs. Support include Lost/Stolen, Transaction History, and other related card information. We are seeking candidates that can demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of their professional lives. The ideal candidate will join an energetic and professional Oscoda Michigan call center team in an effort to communicate accurate information to callers in an empathetic and clear manner. Candidates are expected to work quickly and handle a high volume of calls regularly. The starting pay for Work From Home Agents start at $14.00 per hour. Onsite starting pay start at $14.00 an hour or pay starts based on Call Center Experience. Additional performance-based incentives may be available to top performers.
