Job Title: Collections Agent (Auto Loan Collections) Pay: $19.00/hourly Location: Tempe, AZ | WFH flexibility after 1 month of training Schedule : 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month) Job Description: Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well. Job Duties: Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus Best in class customer interactions with results!
