Job Description

Our K12 Individual business division is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital growth initiatives. As part of our Direct-to-Consumer team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive engagement, conversion, and ROI. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to oversee the creation, optimization, and analysis of content and campaigns across our website, microsites, social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital channels. Leading a team of talented marketers and partnering with external agencies, you'll drive innovative approaches to expand our reach, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to devise comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance our online presence, drive audience growth, and guide prospects through the buyer's journey. Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to improve search engine visibility and attract target audiences. Optimize website performance through user testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Oversee digital advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights, informing strategic decision-making. Ensure quality and consistency of digital content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and advertisements. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, recommending innovative approaches to drive business growth. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship within the digital marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2C or ecommerce industries. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Moz, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc. Experience with web analytics platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Sitecore, and HubSpot. Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to adapt to evolving consumer trends and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications
