We are looking for an eager Content & Moderation Analyst to help us strengthen our products, solutions, and output so we can better meet our partner's needs. Responsibilities: • Be a core part of creating our content moderation guidelines for our sales, customer success and product teams • Understand customer needs to be able to effectively translate them into solutions that improve processes and our product solutions • Leverage agile development techniques and processes in a rapidly changing environment • Create & update documentation and provide training and support to team members and others as needed to ensure processes and procedures are understood and followed • Effectively manage project and partner cross functionally with product, marketing, sales and operations Qualifications: • 2-4 years of relevant operations or marketing experience- with a technology background preferable • Strength in problem solving, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Self-driven and has the desire to exceed expectations. • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams. • Enthusiastic about innovative technology solutions and capable of presenting them effectively to cross functional teams and customers.
