Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: • Become our time-keeping and billing specialist, ensuring every minute is accounted for and every bill is spot-on • Be the voice of our billing department, liaising with clients to keep payments flowing and addressing any concerns with professionalism and charm • Embrace technology-mastering Clio or diving into new software – we love tech-savvy team members! • Craft reports and keep the management looped in on billing and payments Qualifications: • At least two years’ experience working in a law firm environment as a billing specialist • A knack for grammar, proofreading, and business writing that would make Shakespeare envious • Experience in a professional service setting (legal, consulting, bookkeeping) • An organizational skill set that Marie Kondo would approve of • Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new tech tools.
