The Content Project Manager provides operations management for various content development and localization customers. This position is responsible for managing content deliverables, including project definition and scoping, internal team and vendor coordination and project financial administration. What you will do • Manage the content development activities of multiple projects/programs for the customer, including: • content reviews and revision cycles • delivering/uploading EN builds for customer review • consolidating feedback to implement • coordinating with the Lionbridge localization team when EN assets are signed off • Proactively manage and oversee project execution according to schedules, tracking to be on budget, and resolve any issues promptly • Manage and fine-tune production process flows for developing content and look for continuous improvements • Communicate project status pro-actively to the customer and respond in a timely manner to customer concerns that may arise... during a project • Drive scheduling, and monitor productivity and resource allocation • Manage schedules and/or changes and determine their impact and proactively address customer support requests • Monitor and manage team members to support retention and maximize productivity • Manage production issues to timely resolution and communicate with Senior Operations and Account Management on any issues related to quality, delivery or customer satisfaction • Manage financial administrative tasks such as setting up projects in Lionbridge internal systems, tracking budget info and profitability, generating invoices, and completing month end revenue recognition • Collaborate with Senior Operations and Account Management on the overall strategy for the program. To be Successful You Will Have • 5+ years’ experience as a successful project manager through the entire project lifecycle. • Experience with project management with geographically dispersed teams • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills • Record of delivering results against rigorous project schedules • Budgeting and forecasting resource allocation procedures • Bachelor's degree or appropriate industry experience.
