```Duties``` - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about products and services to customers... - Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns - Process orders, forms, and applications - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements -Must have Healthcare experience -Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check -Must have high volume call center experience - Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills - Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling techniques -Contract work is a plus -Must have stability on jobs not job hoppers will be interviewed As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
