ABOUT YOU You have 7+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or a similar role (bonus if it’s in the Staffing & Recruiting industry) and a track record of successful growth projects and strategies. Smart, scrappy, and "full-stack": You are comfortable doing everything from strategy to writing copy to tracking weekly metrics, cold emailing, community engagement, building reputed company pages, managing ad spend, and more.
