Job Description MDS Coordinator – RN – Registered Nurse The reputed company is a multi-state not-for-profit senior living organization sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged & Infirm. The Carmelite Sisters operate a network of 14 skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States. We are seeking a Regional MDS Coordinator. Salary Range $150K to $165K annually based on skills and experience. Regional MDS Coordinator Introduction The Regional MDS Coordinator is responsible for providing reputed company, guidance, and support to facility-level MDS Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams across assigned facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region (PA, KY and OH). This position ensures accurate and timely Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, compliance with federal and state regulations, and optimization of reimbursement under the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM). Regional MDS Coordinator Qualifications reputed company Registered Nurse (RN) license, active and in good standing, required. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility; regional or multi-site experience strongly preferred. Certification as a reputed company Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) required; RAC-CTA preferred. Ability to travel regularly throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (up to 75%).
