Our work centers on victim advocacy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care, and we are proud to leverage modern communication tools to extend our reach to those who need help the most.
The digital landscape has transformed the way people seek help. Increasingly, individuals in crisis turn to online channels for immediate, confidential, and judgment-free support. arenaflex has been at the forefront of this evolution, designing live chat environments where trained specialists provide real-time assistance to victims of crime. By joining arenaflex, you become part of a mission-driven team that combines empathy with innovation, using everyday technology to make extraordinary differences in the lives of others.
Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Remote-Live Chat Crisis Support Specialist to join our expanding victim services team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out through our secure live chat platform, offering immediate emotional support, resource navigation, and crisis intervention services. It is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to supporting survivors of crime and trauma. You will receive comprehensive training in trauma-informed communication, active listening, de-escalation techniques, and resource referral protocols. If you are looking for a role where your empathy, professionalism, and digital communication skills converge to create real impact, this position at arenaflex is for you.
