Essential Qualifications

Working Hours and Schedule

This is a full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week. Support specialist schedules vary based on business needs, with day, morning, and evening shifts available. We work hard to accommodate preferences and provide advance notice of schedule changes. The team is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and operates under a holiday blackout period from November 24th through December 31st each year.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer.
  • Frequent verbal communication through computer-based meetings and one-on-one conversations.
  • Continuous viewing of a computer monitor and data entry throughout the workday.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
