Position Overview – Remote Medical Data Entry Clerk (Typist)

We are excited to announce a short‑term, contract‑based opportunity for a detail‑oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to join the arenaflex team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting high‑volume credit applications and 340B account management for our manufacturing clients. You will be the backbone of our data operations, ensuring that every numeric entry, customer inquiry, and compliance update is handled with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer credit applications in a high‑volume environment, maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer credit information, ensuring data is up‑to‑date and audit‑ready.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar data entry role, preferably within the manufacturing or healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high‑volume numeric and computer data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service background, including experience answering inbound calls and resolving client issues.
