Role Overview – Customer Support Specialist (Central Time Zone)

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first line of defense and the most trusted guide for our global user base. Your primary mission is to deliver world‑class assistance through email, live chat, and community forums, turning complex technical issues into clear, actionable solutions.

This position is fully remote, but you must be located within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone (GMT‑4 to GMT‑8). Our standard schedule aligns with a Monday‑through‑Friday workweek, so you can enjoy a healthy work‑life balance without night‑shift obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, live chat, and community forums, injecting a friendly tone and occasional wit to enhance the user experience.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose technical problems related to arenaflex’s trading bots, wallet integrations, API connections, and account settings; guide users through step‑by‑step resolutions.

Essential Qualifications
