[Remote] Senior Sales Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connex Intl is a leading provider of virtual meeting and conferencing solutions, trusted by over 2,200 companies. They are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant who will be responsible for generating leads, closing business, and developing the sales strategy and processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own and hit an individual sales quota
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business (full-cycle sales)
- Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal execution
- Develop sales processes, messaging, and strategy
- Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives
- Build the sales playbook and go-to-market approach
- Create pipeline structure and forecasting processes
- Establish early customer base and revenue foundation
- Help hire and train future sales team
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of sales management, 5 years of sales experience
- Proven B2B sales success (quota attainment required)
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills
- Experience selling services or solutions
- Comfortable working independently in a build-from-scratch role
- Full-cycle sales experience
- CRM proficiency (Hubspot or similar)
- Strong Technical/Computer Skills: proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Telecommunications Experience Preferred
- Experience as an early or founding sales hire
- Player–coach or hybrid leadership experience
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise clients
