They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, and conduct consultative sales meetings with enterprise fleet customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and close with enterprise fleet customers
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and product demonstrations
  • Tailor proposals that align with customer safety, operational, and risk management goals
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts
  • Drive expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct outbound outreach and respond to qualified inbound leads
  • Forecast and report in the CRM
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings

Skills

  • Proficiency in Sales and Software Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B or enterprise environments
  • Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development across multiple channels
  • Experience in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term relationships, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Demonstrated Consultative Selling capabilities, including discovery, needs analysis, solution mapping, and value-based selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience selling SaaS, telematics, fleet technology, or related solutions is highly advantageous
