[Remote] Director, Growth Marketing

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-24

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Equal Opportunity Ventures is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale their demand generation engine. This role involves leading a team in creating marketing strategies that drive new pipeline creation and revenue growth across various buyer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the growth marketing strategy — defining target segments, channel mix, campaign architecture, and pipeline targets in close partnership with the SVP of Marketing and Communications and Sales leadership
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs including account-based marketing (ABM), digital advertising, content syndication, paid and organic digital channels, email nurture, and webinar programs tailored to targeted buyer personas
  • Identify and implement the right tools, platforms, and processes to support scalable demand generation — standing up capabilities that don't exist today where needed
  • Introduce AI-assisted workflows across marketing operations — including content production, campaign optimization, and lead scoring — to increase team velocity and efficiency
  • Establish clear KPIs and reporting for demand generation: pipeline contribution, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and channel-level ROI. Build the dashboards and cadences to make this data actionable
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen lead management infrastructure; scoring models, routing logic, CRM integration — ensuring clean handoffs to Sales
  • Collaborate with Sales to define and improve the inbound lead process, including qualification criteria, distribution logic, and follow-up cadence
  • Own the company's event strategy, including Unite Us-hosted events and One Continuum, the annual customer conference — with clear goals tied to pipeline generation and customer engagement
  • Develop field marketing programs aligned to state-level and regional sales priorities, including presence at key industry events
  • Build demand generation approaches tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles and policy-aligned thought leadership
  • Support healthcare IT analyst relations and amplify customer evidence programs — case studies, ROI stories, peer references — that accelerate deals and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Ensure marketing data practices and tracking align with healthcare data sensitivity and evolving digital privacy requirements
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team — setting clear expectations, managing performance, developing talent, and managing agency relationships and budget

Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time in demand generation or growth marketing leadership
  • 5+ years building and leading marketing teams of 5+ people
  • Track record of building demand generation programs and infrastructure — not just inheriting mature systems. Comfortable in environments where processes, tools, and playbooks need to be created
  • Experience with account-based marketing and selling into multi-stakeholder buying committees with long sales cycles (12+ months)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity
