[Remote] Senior Salesforce Developer

They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Scheduled Jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including ERP platforms and third-party services
  • Build and optimize data models including custom objects, relationships, validation rules, and security configurations (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Develop and maintain Experience Cloud portals and communities for external stakeholders
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal best practices and coding standards
  • Write comprehensive Apex test classes achieving 95%+ code coverage and adhering to Salesforce governor limits and bulkification best practices
  • Debug and resolve production issues including Apex exceptions and LWC rendering problems
  • Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance
  • Implement declarative automation using Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder where appropriate
  • Explore and apply Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities to enhance client solutions
  • Leverage DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, and GitHub to manage deployments and version control

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce.com and Force.com platform
  • Proven track record delivering Salesforce implementations across multiple industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, publishing)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with structured sprint cycles and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with end-to-end data migration using Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and REST APIs
  • Salesforce Development: Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Agentforce, Flows, Workflow, Visualforce, Experience Cloud
  • Integration: REST API, SOAP API, Data Loader, Workbench, Postman
  • Query Languages: SOQL, SOSL
  • Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • DevOps & Tools: Copado, Git, GitHub, Visual Studio Code
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred)
  • Salesforce JavaScript Developer I (nice to have)
  • Salesforce AI Associate (nice to have)
