[Remote] Sr. Manager, Financial Operations

They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Financial Operations to design and deliver software solutions for IT and business analytics projects, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance enterprise systems and improve workflow.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver software solutions for information technology (IT) and business analytics projects to deliver efficient technical solutions in support of Skillifyx Health Operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver change and innovation to enterprise systems software applications
- Guide the reporting team in day-to-day activities including coding requests and quality checks utilizing PBM knowledge base along with SAS and SQL technical abilities
- Analyze, define, document, and develop reports and software processes to improve workflow and process improvement
- Determine the best application of various databases to handle operational, ad hoc, and regulatory reporting
- Apply principles and theoretical knowledge of software development, data mining, and reporting to analyze reporting technology for efficiency, automation, quality control, accuracy, and enhancements
- Operate as subject matter expert in PBM, data mining and reporting, business intelligence/decision support, IBM AS/400, SAS, Tableau, and VB/SQL/other programming languages
Skills
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Two (2) years of experience in Business system analysis
- Two (2) years of experience in Financial planning and management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Two (2) years of experience using Agile methodologies for project management
- Two (2) years of experience working with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering and project planning
- Two (2) years of experience documenting business requirements and project finances
- Two (2) years of experience in Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development best practices
- Six (6) months of experience involving Azure, Nexlith Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
