KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bespoke Client Relations: Assist Danish vehicle owners with sophisticated automotive features, cutting-edge systems, and exclusive, high-tier service requests. Digital & Technical Guidance: Walk owners through advanced digital ecosystems, including interactive touchscreen interfaces, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and over-the-air software updates. Concierge Roadside Coordination: Swiftly arrange emergency assistance or mechanical repairs to ensure our clients' journeys resume with minimal disruption. Executive Communication: Interact with clientele via phone, email, and live chat, utilizing immaculate, sophisticated, and polished written and spoken Danish. Data Integrity: Meticulously update client profiles within our database to cultivate long-term brand loyalty and seamless future interactions.
